What is the Comp Plan?
The Martin County Comprehensive Growth Management Plan (Comp Plan) was created in 1982 and substantially expanded in 1990. It is the long-term plan for Martin County’s future that protects the environment and guides growth and development. The State of Florida requires all municipalities and counties in the state to have a comprehensive plan to plan for their future development and growth.
