District 3: Commissioner J. Blake Capps
District Three: Southern Martin County is represented by Commissioner Harold Jenkins and includes Hobe Sound, as well as, a portion of Tequesta and Indiantown. Commissioner Jenkins is the current Vice Chair of the Martin County Board of County Commissioners.
District 4: Commissioner Sarah Heard, Chair
District Four: Eastern and Lower Central Martin County is represented by Commissioner Sarah Heard and includes Port Salerno and Tropical Farms.
Sarah Heard was raised on a farm and in a small town in southern Illinois. One of five children, while growing up she appreciated rolling hills, woods full of exploring possibilities, lakes in which to fish and swim, ample free time to roam with just enough chores to teach responsibility at an early age.
District 1: Commissioner Eileen Vargas
District One: Northeast Martin County is represented by Commissioner Doug Smith and includes Hutchinson Island, Jensen Beach, North River Shores, Ocean Breeze Park, Rio, and Sewall's Point.
Commissioner Doug Smith, a resident of Jensen Beach since 1990, elected in 2000 is serving his fifth term as District 1 Martin County Commissioner.
