Request for an Environmental Final Inspection
A Developer needs to provide an Environmental Final Inspection packet five (5) business days prior to requesting this inspection.
The packet must contain the Commitment for Maintenance of Plant Materials, the Commitment for the Maintenance of Littoral Plant Materials, Certification of Completion for Installation of Plant Materials on the Landscape's Architect's letterhead, "As-built" landscape plan signed and sealed by the Landscape Architect, costs of materials and installation, surety that has no expiration date equal to a minimum of 50% of the total landscape cost, surety that has no expiration date equal to a minimum of 110% of the total costs of the littoral vegetation, and certification of the PAMP compliance by an environmental professional.
