A service charge is a set percentage added to every guest’s check.
A 20% service charge is included on all food and beverage checks. A 10% service charge is included on all hitting-bay rentals. These charges are not gratuities. They support our service team’s wages and help cover the cost of delivering the Sailfish Sands guest experience. No additional gratuity is expected.
