Non-County Use of the County Seal

The county seal represents Martin County’s brand and symbolizes the county’s standards and values. As such, use of the Martin County seal is restricted to county departments and to organizations with which the county has a formal relationship.

Any outside agency or organization that wishes to use the Martin County seal must apply for approval for each proposed use. Applications must be submitted thirty (30) days prior to the date of the intended use. Notification of approval/disapproval will be sent within seven (7) working days of receipt of the application.

Applications must be accompanied by a drawing/photo illustrating the object on which the seal is to be placed. Applications will not be accepted for any proposed use of the seal on an item that will be offered for sale or as a gratuity. 

The application may be submitted in person, via email, or by US mail.
