To establish a Common Desktop Environment by strategic analysis of current industry standards and trends, empowering the user with the tools, knowledge and ability to facilitate data into information and decision management. To establish an informed, educated user base with the knowledge to perform job tasks with little or no intervention from the IS staff on reliable computer equipment using reliable and appropriate software.
Goals and Objectives
- To provide first class support services for all customer's automation requests through the single-point-of-contact Customer Service Desk.
- To provide ongoing education for the user base that will allow continued growth of product knowledge.
